EminentWare's Support & Maintenance Package (SMP) is available in one or three-year plans, and provides access to EminentWare User Support services as well as maintenance releases and updates that are released during your SMP period.

SMP customers are eligible to receive maintenance releases and/or software updates that are released during their SMP term. Maintenance releases and updates cover the specific edition of the product for which you have purchased an SMP.
Other important SMP information:
- Support Period
Your Support & Maintenance Package begins on your new product purchase date. We will notify you 90 days prior to your maintenance expiration to allow you plenty of time to process your renewal prior to expiration. Renewals must be purchased before your current SMP expires and can be ordered up to 90 days in advance. Your renewal picks up on the date your current contract expires and there is no penalty for renewing early. Once your maintenance expires, you will not be eligible to renew.
